Prysaddfed Burial Chamber

Prysaddfed, Anglesey

Location Guide

The remains of two small burial chambers placed next to each other, but not thought to have ever been joined. They date from different parts f the Neolithic period.  One chamber, the southern, is better preserved and has a capstone sitting on 4 supporting stones, while the other chamber has 2 of its original uprights and a damaged cap stone.

In the 18th century there are stories of the tombs being the home of a family of squatters.
